Google Drive is an online file sharing, storage and synchronization service that is linked to your Google account (i.e. your Tampa Prep email account). It allows you to share files, store files, access cloud storage for backup purposes and provides collaborative editing capability. Additionally you can create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings and forms. Google Drive is accessible online which makes it accessible anywhere you can connect to the Internet. Students should download Google Drive from the App Store and install it on their iPads (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/google-drive/id507874739?mt=8). This will provide you quick access to your work that you have stored when you open the app. Additionally, you can create new documents and spreadsheets, use your iPad’s camera to take photos or video and upload it to your Drive all within the app. Google Drive can also be installed on your laptop or desktop computer.
